Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time.

Yes. Kingshot Bot supports SOCKS5 proxies, which you can assign per account. This routes each account through a different IP address. For multi-account setups of 3 or more accounts, using proxies is recommended. VPNs that apply to your whole system will also work.

How do I keep the bot updated?

The bot client checks for updates automatically each time it starts. When an update is available, it downloads and applies it in the background. You do not need to manually download new versions.

What are FPID and Session Key?

FPID (Firebase Player ID) and Session Key are authentication tokens that the Kingshot game stores in your device's local files. Kingshot Bot uses them to authenticate to the game servers on your behalf, exactly as the game app does. They are specific to your game account, not your Kingshot Bot account.

My Session Key stopped working. What do I do?

Session Keys can expire if you log in to the game on a different device, or if the game server rotates them. Open the game in your emulator, log in, and re-extract the credentials from the XML file. Then update the account in Kingshot Bot with the new Session Key.

What is HWID and why is my license tied to it?

HWID (Hardware ID) is a unique fingerprint of your PC generated from your hardware components. Kingshot Bot binds your license to your HWID so that only your registered device can run the bot, preventing unauthorized sharing. You are allowed 2 HWID resets per month from the dashboard settings.

Can I run the bot on more than one PC?

Your license is bound to one HWID at a time. If you want to switch computers, use a HWID reset in the dashboard settings. You can reset up to 10 times per month.

What is an account slot?

An account slot represents one game account (FPID) the bot can run on your plan. Basic includes 2 slots and Full includes 5, and you can purchase extra slots on any paid plan. A slot covers the entire game account — characters within it do not count separately.

How do game accounts get linked to my slots?

Accepted Answer

Automatically. The first time the bot logs in to a game account, that account is bound to one of your free slots. You can see all bound accounts (with masked IDs) under Dashboard → Accounts → Linked Game Accounts. No manual setup is required.

How do I switch to a different game account?

Accepted Answer

Go to Dashboard → Accounts and click Release next to the game account you want to replace. This frees the slot — the next game account the bot logs in to takes it. Releasing uses one monthly swap: Basic includes 1 swap per month, Full includes 5, and the quota resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). Deleting an account inside the bot (on newer versions) also releases its slot and uses a swap. If no swaps remain, the slot stays bound until next month — support can release a binding for you without using your quota.

Does the character rotation count against my slots?

No. Slots count game accounts (FPIDs), not characters. You can rotate between as many characters as you like within one game account — they all share the single slot that game account is bound to.

How do I choose which features to automate?

Accepted Answer

Each game account in the client has its own feature panel with individual toggles for every automation. Enable only the features you want. Changes take effect immediately without restarting the bot.

Can I schedule the bot to run only at certain times?

Yes. Open the account settings and use the Schedule tab to set daily start and stop times in your local timezone. The bot will automatically start and stop within those windows each day.

Will the bot spend all my resources?

The bot respects your configured resource thresholds. You can set minimum resource levels to keep in storage — the bot will not spend below those limits. Review the configuration settings for each automation category to tune it to your playstyle.
